Arrival at Kochi Airport, where you will be warmly welcomed by our Santos King representative and transferred to your hotel. Check-in and relax after your journey.

In the evening, enjoy an optional sunset cruise through the scenic Kochi Harbour, where the city unfolds in golden hues over the Marine Drive waterfront, Cochin Shipyard, Vallarpadam Container Terminal, and Vypin Island. Morning sightseeing of Kochi, exploring its rich colonial and cultural heritage. Visit the historic Dutch Palace (Mattancherry Palace), originally built by the Portuguese and gifted to the Raja of Cochin, Veera Kerala Varma, showcasing exquisite murals and royal artifacts. Continue to the Jewish Synagogue, home to ancient scrolls of the Old Testament and copper plates engraved in Hebrew script, followed by a walk through the vibrant Jew Town and Jew Street.

Proceed to St. Francis Church, built in 1503 and known as the oldest European church in India, where the Portuguese explorer Vasco da Gama was once laid to rest. Visit the beautifully adorned Santa Cruz Basilica, famous for its stunning ceiling paintings, and witness the iconic Chinese Fishing Nets along the waterfront. The tour also includes the Indo-Portuguese Museum, which reflects the strong cultural blend of Kerala’s colonial past.

Later in the afternoon, proceed on a scenic drive to Munnar (approx. 4 hours), a breathtaking hill station located at the confluence of the three mountain streams—Mudrapuzha, Nallathanni, and Kundala. Perched at about 1600 meters above sea level, Munnar is renowned for its endless tea plantations, mist-covered valleys, and charming colonial-era towns. Once the summer retreat of the British administration in South India, it now stands as one of Kerala’s most beautiful hill destinations.

Visit the beautiful Mattupetty Lake & Dam, surrounded by lush hills, followed by the famous Echo Point, known for its natural echo phenomenon and misty landscapes. Continue to the serene Kundala Lake, offering tranquil views and boating options, and the colorful Blossom Hydel Park, perfect for a refreshing nature walk.

Later, visit the Tea Museum, which showcases Munnar’s rich tea heritage and plantation history. Proceed to Rajamalai (Eravikulam) National Park, home to the endangered Nilgiri Tahr, where rolling grasslands and panoramic mountain views create a breathtaking experience.

Morning drive through the scenic Western Ghats and fragrant spice trails to Thekkady (approx. 4 hours). Upon arrival, transfer to your resort in Thekkady and relax amidst the serene forest surroundings. In the evening, enjoy a peaceful boat ride on Periyar Lake, where you may spot wildlife such as elephants, deer, and a variety of birds along the forested banks. You may also opt for a visit to the vibrant Spice Market in the town to explore local flavors and aromas.

Early morning drive to Alappuzha (approx. 5 hours), the gateway to Kerala’s enchanting backwaters. Upon arrival, you will board a traditional houseboat (Kettuvallam), a beautifully crafted floating vessel equipped with comfortable bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms for a relaxed stay.

Later, proceed for a half-day sightseeing tour of Thiruvananthapuram, the capital city of Kerala. Visit the elegant Napier Museum, known for its unique architecture and art collection, the traditional Kuthiramalika Museum, showcasing Travancore royal heritage, and the sacred Sri Padmanabhaswamy Temple, a magnificent spiritual landmark renowned for its intricate Dravidian architecture and cultural significance.
