Itinerary
Upon arrival at Guwahati Airport or Railway Station, begin your scenic journey to Tezpur (approximately 200 km / 4 hours), a charming town situated on the banks of the Brahmaputra River and known for its rich cultural heritage and natural beauty.
Upon arrival, check in to your hotel and relax. If time permits, visit Cole Park (Chitralekha Udyan), one of Tezpur’s most popular attractions, featuring beautiful gardens, lakes, and historical stone sculptures that reflect the region’s ancient heritage.
After sightseeing, return to the hotel for an overnight stay in Tezpur.
After breakfast, embark on a scenic drive to Dirang (approximately 185 km / 6.5 hours), a picturesque hill town nestled in the Eastern Himalayas of Arunachal Pradesh. The journey offers breathtaking views of lush valleys, winding mountain roads, and pristine natural landscapes.

Dirang – Tawang
After breakfast, proceed to Tawang (approximately 155 km / 6 hours), one of the most beautiful destinations in the Eastern Himalayas. The journey is filled with spectacular mountain scenery, winding roads, and panoramic views of snow-clad peaks.
En route, cross the magnificent Sela Pass (14,000 ft), one of the highest motorable mountain passes in India. Surrounded by pristine alpine landscapes and the stunning Sela Lake, this breathtaking pass offers unforgettable views of the Himalayan ranges.
Continue to the historic Jaswant Garh War Memorial, dedicated to the bravery and sacrifice of Rifleman Jaswant Singh Rawat during the 1962 Indo-China War. The memorial stands as a tribute to his courage and remains an important landmark in the region.

Visit the serene Madhuri Lake, also known as Sangetsar Lake, famous for its crystal-clear waters and picturesque surroundings.
